Trendy Look: From Strategy Map to Performance Indicators

Trendy Look is a ready-to-wear chain of stores; they design their collections, subcontract clothing production and market their products through their own stores located in city centers and shopping malls. This case study is focused on store performance management. Students/participants must build a strategy map and suggest Key Performance Indicators for a store. To this end, the case study provides excerpts from interviews of several store managers and members of the company's executive committee.
Objectifs pédagogiques
- Define objectives for each of the four BSC perspectives.
- Build a strategy map by identifying and representing causal links between the objectives.
- Define indicators to measure the achievement of objectives.
